What photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit photo where you can see their whole face — eyes, nose and ears. Daylight is your friend. A phone photo is absolutely fine; it does not need to be a professional shot.
Avoid blurry, very dark or heavily filtered photos, and try to pick one where nothing is covering their face.
Will it actually look like my pet?
That is the whole point. We work from your photo, so their real coat colours and markings, their eye colour and the shape of their face all carry through. The colour bursts sit behind them, never over their face.
Can I have more than one pet in a portrait?
Yes — up to four. Choose how many on the product page and they are all drawn together in one portrait. Send a clear photo of each, and pop all their names in the box so we get them right.
What do I actually receive?
A digital portrait, sent to the email address you use at checkout. There is nothing to post and nothing to wait in for. Choose one to four pets on the product page; every pet you choose appears together in one portrait.
Do you post a printed portrait?
Not at the moment — every order is delivered as a digital file. If that changes we will say so clearly on the product page.
What if something is not right?
Get in touch and tell us what you would like changed. We would far rather put it right than leave you with something that does not look like them.
