What photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit photo where you can see their whole face — eyes, nose and ears. A phone photo is absolutely fine.
Will it actually look like my pet?
That is the whole point. We work from your photo, so their real coat colours and markings, their eye colour and the shape of their face all carry through.
What do I actually receive?
A digital portrait, sent to the email address you use at checkout. Choose the high-resolution option if you want the larger file for printing bigger.
What if something is not right?
Get in touch and tell us what you would like changed. We would far rather put it right.
